By downloading, installing, or using the U2 application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

U2: Couples app is designed to help partners stay connected, plan dates, track special moments, and communicate. The App provides features including but not limited to:

Partner pairing and connection
Nudges and voice messages
Date idea planning
Special date tracking
Home screen and lock screen widgets
Partner status display

3. Account Registration

To use the App, you must create an account using a valid email address or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful purpose
Harass, abuse, or harm another person
Send spam or unsolicited messages
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
Upload malicious content or code

5. Content

You retain ownership of content you create within the App. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content to provide the service. You are solely responsible for the content you share with your partner through the App.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, U2 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
